Pyxis E-Marketing

Pyxis E-Marketing simplifies the task maintaining regular contact with your customers and potential customers.

Send out regular newsletters, attachments or web-pages.

What can it do?

1. Import contacts from almost any source or other application.

2. Assign a category to each imported group.

3. Filter contacts.

4. To email a web page, simply enter the address (URL) to that web page.

5. To email an attachment, simply select it on your computer.

6. Optionally merge first name, last name or company name with the header message of your marketing email.

7. Rather than sending to undisclosed recipients, each address / contact is emailed directly.

8. Duplicate email address are not allowed through, even with different contact or business names. 

9. Optionally choose a delay between each email.

10. The only required field when importing contacts is an email address!

11. Automatically unsubscribe customers, when required, by monitoring This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  or other email address.

Pyxis Ink 

For Litho Printers

This application creates ink key settings for lithographic printing presses.

It scans PDF files only. Reduce waste by setting your ink keys accurately before the print run commences.

Pyxis Ink is ideal for those using older lithographic presses that are independent of the plate-making system.

Pyxis Cloud

Those who receive lots of files and attachments via email and other web services will love this product.

This is a 2 part desktop application.

All clients use the Pyxis Cloud Uploader and you use the Pyxis Cloud Downloader.

How does it work?

1. Users download the Cloud Uploader from your website.

2. The first time they use the application they are aked for their name and email address.

3. Then each time they need to send you a file, they simply choose the file, enter an optional message and press Upload.

4. The file or files are uploaded directly to your website, or another hosting site that you control.

5. The files are automatically saved to a folder named using the client's name (JOHN_SMITH)

6. When the file upload is complete, your site automatically sends you an email with the file name(s) and sender's message.

7. Your downloader application shows all of the folders on your Cloud / Server.

8. When you click a folder name, a full list of files in that folder is displayed.

9. When you click on a file name, the file size is shown and you are asked if you wish to download this file.

10. If you click download, the file is downloaded to your computer.

11. When you use the Pyxis Cloud Downloader for the first time, a new Cloud Downloads folder is created in your Documents folder.

12. When you download from JOHN_SMITH, a new folder is created with this name where the dowloaded file is saved.

13. All future downolads from JOHN_SMITH are saved to this folder.

9. It's fast. A one way stream is used to maximise bandwidth usage (times are estimated based on previous upload).

The following file types are supported initially: zip, jpg, gif, tif, tiff, psd, ai, doc, docx, xls, pdf, vcf, dmg and exe.
